ESOC 2025 has in cooperation with DIS Congress Service selected a number of 2 to 4 star hotels located within convenient walking distance to Tivoli Congress Center (the venue for ESOC 2025) as well as the Metro Lines and the S-train network. The hotels are primarily located nearby the harbor and within walking distance to Copenhagen City Hall, the Tivoli Gardens and Copenhagen Central Station (Vesterbro). 

Accommodation can be booked as part of the online registration for the ESOC 2025.

The Tivoli Hotel is integrated in the Tivoli Congress Center, which is the symposium venue. The Tivoli Hotel features in total 679 rooms that are all furnished according to Tivoli's spirit and design story, where colors, design and well-known figures characterize the rooms. The rooms are located in two towers with magical views of the vibrant city life, Copenhagen Harbor and the city's charming rooftops.

Wakeup Copenhagen Hotel**+

Wakeup Copenhagen in Bernstorffsgade has 585 rooms (12-15 m²), all equipped with TV, desk, air-conditioning, bathroom with shower and free WiFi. Please note that all rooms have one 160 cm wide double bed (no twin beds) and are non-smoking. The hotel has a breakfast restaurant on the top floor, good parking options and infrastructure either by train or bus. Just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, you will find Copenhagen Central station, the popular Tivoli Gardens, the waterfront and a variety of shops and restaurants.

Payment

Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed by a 1-night deposit payment served as payment for first night stay.

The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel invoice upon check-in/check-out.

The hotel deposit must be paid either by credit card as part of your online registration or upon receipt of the invoice.

All remaining nights are to be paid at the hotel upon arrival/departure.

The prepayment can be paid to DIS Congress Service by credit card at the time of booking or by invoice (bank transfer). If the hotel room is not paid for within 14 days, DIS reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice. You will only be notified that your accommodation reservation has been canceled.

All invoices will be charged in Danish Kroner. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Bank charges and currency exchange charges are at your own expense and should be factored in when making a bank transfer for the invoices.

Until the 25^th of April: 100% free cancellation. The payment will be fully reimbursed.  

From the 26^th of April until the 26^th of May: The booked Accommodation will only be reimbursed if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate all the cancelled room nights to another guest.  
 
From the 27^th of May: No reimbursement will be made in case of cancelled room nights.  

No-show

No refund of prepayment will be made, and the entire reservation will be charged by DIS Congress Service. 

Cancellation of nights after check-in

In case of shortening of your stay after check-in, the hotel will charge the cancelled room nights.
